This comprehensive initiative was conceived for a prominent Spanish distributor specializing in sports artificial grass marketing within Spain. Given the well-established nature of the decorative artificial grass segment in Spain, our primary objective was to engage directly with professionals, bypassing intermediaries like wholesalers and distributors. This approach aimed to provide professionals with convenient access to purchase high-performance, exceptionally durable grass rolls at competitive price points.

Given the market landscape dominated by high-quality yet low-priced Chinese products, typically controlled by distributors and wholesalers importing from China, FixEffect recommended a strategic shift to target a more specific audience. This approach involved reaching out to landscapers and installers of artificial grass, who have the capacity to make substantial purchases ranging from 2,000m2 to 5,000m2 per year. By focusing on this deeper level of engagement, we sought to establish a stronger foothold within the market and cater to the specific needs of professionals seeking top-tier products in larger quantities.

For this initiative, FixEffect addressed the following tasks:

- This specifically involved daily order downloads and real-time warehouse stock updates to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy in operations.

It is a novel landscaping artificial grass company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was established in early 2019, aiming the sales of decorative artificial grass, for both B2B and B2C. The aim was to develop a novel, exclusive, loyal customer (customer of our customer), who would help build our customer´s product portfolio presence and grant gradual market penetration in Denmark.

For this initiative, FixEffect:

- Made a full comprehensive market assessment and end-user behaviour understanding, which led to the creation and recommendation of a differentiated business strategy, as the only company that is a truly useful and resourceful ally to professionals and end-users, leveraging the "do it yourself" way, while coaching/teaching and offering continued project planning assessment.

We monitor closely our business development activity, achievements and progress. Yet, anything takes immense dedication and hard work, there are no shortcuts. Overnight success is a myth.
